ITT Foundation Training Program
Ages 4–10
Foundation Training is the starting point of the ITT pathway. These classes are designed for younger players learning the game through age-appropriate equipment, court sizes, and instruction.
Players develop coordination, balance, movement, basic stroke mechanics, rally skills, and confidence in a fun, structured environment. The goal is to build a strong foundation while helping players enjoy tennis from the beginning.
Ismail Tennis Training (ITT) has developed a revolutionary U12 program that focuses on three main pillars :
Ages 4–5 | New Players
ITT Tiny Tots is designed to introduce our youngest players to tennis in a fun and active environment. Players learn basic court awareness, racket skills, movement, coordination, and early stroke fundamentals through games and age-appropriate activities.
Foam balls and smaller rackets are used to give players more time to react, make contact, and build confidence. This class is the best first step for young players who are brand new to tennis.
Focus areas:
ITT Red Ball
Ages 5–10 | Beginner / New Players
ITT Red Ball is for young beginner players who are ready to start learning the basic strokes and rules of tennis. Players use red balls and age-appropriate court sizes to make the game easier to learn and more successful from the start.
This class focuses on building basic forehand, backhand, volley, serve, movement, and rally skills. Players also begin learning how to cooperate, compete, and understand the basic structure of a tennis point.
Focus areas:
ITT Orange Ball
Ages 6–10 | Intermediate Beginner Players
ITT Orange Ball is for players who have started developing basic tennis skills and are ready for more rallying, movement, and point-play development. Orange ball training helps players transition from beginner tennis into more consistent play.
