ITT performance training

ITT features some of the best tennis group training sessions you will ever witness. ITT believes that no students should ever be left unengaged during a training session. Many clubs have students standing in lines or waiting without anything to do, but here at ITT we pay close attention to keeping all players engaged so as to maximize their individual development.

We use a variety of teaching methods, exercises, drills, activities, and games to do this.  We also incorporate best practices from teaching adolescents on the tennis court help players develop discipline, mental toughness, independence, and other crucial life skills.
